Divalicious Customer Appreciation Photo Contest Official Rules & Details

Eligibility
This photo contest is open only to legal residents of the United States who are current Divalicious Eyewear customers and are at least eighteen (18) years old.
Entry Period
This photo contest begins at 10:00:00PM EST on October 19, 2016 and ends at 11:59:59PM EST on November 21, 2016. Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. In addition, past winners (including grand, second, and third) are not eligible to enter with an entry of the glasses they used to win. Content must be original! Acceptance of entries will be at the discretion of Divalicious Eyewear. Divalicious’ Eyewear’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the photo contest.
How to Enter
Send us a photo of you and your Divalicious glasses! You can send us your photo and information through our Facebook (@DivaliciousEyewear), Instagram (@DivaliciousEyewear), or email (info@divaliciousjewelry.com). To ensure eligibility for the contest, your photo must contain a person and a pair of Divalicious frames. In addition, your submission to us must include your full name, the name of the Divalicious frame, your email, and your phone number. Don’t worry, we will not disclose your contact information. We need it to contact you if you win!
Once we receive your photo, we will confirm receipt and post it to our Facebook album. We will send you the link to the Facebook photo, and you will have until the contest ends to garner the most votes, comments, and shares on your photo.
You may enter an unlimited number of times; however, we reserve the right to reject any entries that do not comply to these official rules and details. By entering, you indicate your unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these official rules and details.
Prizes
Divalicious Eyewear will award the following prizes to the top three voted and shared photos:

Grand Prize Winner: a pair of glasses (up to $220 value) with their choice of CR-39 single vision or progressive lens

Second Place Winner: $50 gift card with free CR-39 single vision lens

Third Place Winner: $25 gift card
Honorable Mentions: If you do not place in the top three voted and shared photos, but are able to garner a total of 20 likes and/or shares, Divalicious Eyewear will still give you a special gift. We will reveal this gift as the date gets closer to the contest end date. We swear, it’ll be worth it!
Your Rights
If you submit a photo to enter, you agree to grant Divalicious Eyewear a royalty-free, nonexclusive right, in perpetuity, to (1) retain a digital copy of your photo and (2) to display the photograph on our website, stores, and social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram). You will retain all rights to any photos you submit.
General Conditions, Disputes, and Additional Information
Divalicious Eyewear reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual(s) who tampers with the Photo Contest, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. This photo contest is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Divalicious Eyewear, Facebook, their affiliates and each of their respective officers and employees (the “Released Parties”) from any claim or cause of action. In addition, by entering, you waive the right to claim any attorney fees and/or damages. You agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action related to the Photo Contest or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually. Please note that Facebook is not affiliated with this contest. Divalicious Eyewear is simply using their platform for this photo contest.
