Shipping & Returns
Hand made Items and Prescription orders may take 2 weeks to process. (All eyewear are hand made) .
Shipping time may take an additional 2-5 days for domestic orders. For foreign orders, shipping time can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks.
For pre-ordered hand made items, this processing time is in addition to the release date. Orders will be processed in the order that it was received and we are working around the clock to process everyone's order in a timely fashion.
Due to the handmade nature of our glasses, we do not offer refunds however we do offer a 1 time 100% store credit minus shipping. Subsequent returns on the same order will result in a 25% restocking fee each time after the 1 st return.
Prescription Lenses cannot be returned unless there was a lab error on our part. In case of a lab error, we will redo the lens at no charge. We offer a one time dr’s prescription change within 30 days of purchase. For Progressives, We offer a one time non-adaptation remake at no charge.
In addition, special order items are not returnable / exchangeable. Please understand that we hand make our glasses to order. If you are constantly returning our handmade items, you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Our items are not mass-produced and requires a lot of love, time and labor.
Original shipping fees are not refundable and customers will be responsible for shipping charges on all returns except for damaged items or replacements. Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges/fees. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us right away so we can address the issue right away and won't have to charge you!
Procedure to file for Returns
- Please Log into your divaliciousjewelry.com account
- Under "MY ACCOUNT", go to Completed Orders and click on Return Item(s)
- Choose the Item(s) being Returned and specify the Reason
- Click Submit Return Request
- Please wait for authorization of the Return Request and ship out the package to the address specified.
In the return package, please include a copy of your invoice and specify the reason for returning.
REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FORM OF STORE CREDIT
*NO return for all international orders
