Shipping & Returns


Hand made Items may take 4-8 weeks to process. (All of our eyewear are hand made).

Prescription orders are prioritized over non prescription orders and they will ship out within 3 weeks (majority of the prescription orders are shipped out within 2 weeks). 


  For foreign orders, shipping time can be anywhere from 4-8 weeks. We apologize for the delay as shipping delays are out of our control.

 Due to the handmade nature of our glasses, we do not offer refunds however we do offer store credit minus shipping. Subsequent returns on the same order will result in a 25% restocking fee each time after the 1st return. 


Prescription Lenses cannot be returned unless there was a lab error on our part. In case of a lab error, we will redo the lens at no charge. We offer a one time dr’s prescription change within 30 days of purchase.  For Progressives, We offer a one time non-adaptation remake at no charge.  



We strive for 100% Customer's satisfaction. We inspect and reinspect every item that ships out to our customers for quality assurance. Rarely will you receive an item with a manufacture's defect. However, if items arrive damaged during transit or due to manufacture's defect, please contact us. We will REPLACE the SAME items at no cost to the customer. If the replacement is no longer in stock, we will issue a credit to your Divaliciousjewelry account. The store credit can be applied toward your next order.


If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (you do not like the color or you don't like how the frames look on your face, etc...), you can return your order to receive STORE Credit (depending on the item, a restocking fee might be applied). . Instructions are listed at the bottom of this page, but you have to fill out a return request and once we recieve your item(s), we will credit your Divalicious account so that you can purchase the items you want. 


All return items must be new, unworn, and in original condition and must have its original tag / packaging. ALL RETURNS must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. If the item has already been used, worn, tampered with, the item will be shipped back at the customer's expense. 


We offer a one time 100% store credit minus shipping. Subsequent returns on the same order will result in a 25% restocking fee each time after the 1 st return WITH NO EXCEPTIONS MADE

In addition, special order items are not returnable / exchangeable. Please understand that we hand make our glasses to order. If you are constantly returning our handmade items, you will be subjected to a 25% restocking fee. Our items are not mass-produced and requires a lot of love, time and labor. 


Original shipping fees are not refundable and customers will be  responsible for shipping charges on all returns except for damaged items or replacements. Packages that are returned or shipped with an incorrect address provided by the customer will be subject to additional shipping charges/fees. If you need to change the shipping address, please contact us right away so we can address the issue right away and won't have to charge you! 


Procedure to file for Returns

  1. Please Log into your account
  2. Under "MY ACCOUNT", go to Completed Orders and click on Return Item(s)
  3. Choose the Item(s) being Returned and specify the Reason
  4. Click Submit Return Request
  5. Please wait for authorization of the Return Request and ship out the package to the address specified. 

In the return package, please include a copy of your invoice and specify the reason for returning.
