How can I reach you?
You can reach us by going to our Contact page. You can also call or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If we miss your call, please leave a clear voicemail with your name, order number (if applicable), phone number, and reason for calling. You can also leave your email if you would prefer us to email you back. If you do not leave any order details or your number, we will not have a way to contact you! So please be clear in your message. We will try to get back to you with an answer to your inquiry as soon as we can. If we do not contact you, please reach out to us again! We service many customers, and it is possible that we missed your message or that we couldn't find a way to contact you.
We are also available on chat. You can click on the bottom right pink tab located on our website to communicate with us. If we are offline, you can leave a message and we'll get back to you!
Please note that we are not open on weekends and that inquiries made during the weekend may not get addressed till the Monday after.
Do you have any physical stores or do you only sell online?
We currently only have a physical location in Maryland. We are located at Arundel Mills Mall near Neiman Marcus --> Arundel Mills Mall: 7000 Arundel Mills Cir, Hanover, MD 21076. First Floor. If you're in the area, look for us and our Divalicious eyewear!
How do I place an order?
After checking our amazing jewelry and eyewear selection, click on the product(s) you're interested in. You should be able to add the item to your cart via the "add to cart" button. If you're not able to add an item to your cart, the product is most likely unavailable and out of stock. When you're ready to check out, click "CART" in the upright corner of our website. You will then be able to checkout and add billing/shipping information. If you have any problems ordering, please contact us! We can help you place an order over the phone.
What payment do you accept?
For all purchases, we accept credit cards and/or Paypal as a form of payment. Please note that you do not need a paypal account to pay with a credit card. In addition, we accept flexible spending accounts for prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, and reading glasses.
What is a flex spending account (FSA)?
A flex spending account is an account in which money from each paycheck is automatically deposited. This money is pre-determined by you and can be used to pay for health expenses that aren't covered for insurance. Thus, money in flexible spending accounts can be used on prescription glasses, prescription sunglasses, and reading glasses. In addition, the contributions you put towards your FSA aren't taxed, so you can do more with it! The only thing is... if you don't use your FSA dollars, you lose it! So if you have an account, spend it here :). If you're interested in an FSA, please talk to your HR department to find out if you are eligible to enroll in one!
Why should I create a customer account?
Because you're Divalicious and want to be a Divalicious customer! But in all seriousness, creating a customer account is great because you can look at your previous orders, look at the status of your current order, add items to your wishlist, etc. It's also really helpful for us because if we need to contact you, we can easily find you in our system*! But don't worry, we do not keep any record of credit card information!!!
*Just make sure your information is correct! Wrong or mistyped numbers, addresses, or emails can cause a lot of problems!
What does awaiting fulfillment mean?
Awaiting fulfillment means that we have received your order and that it is being processed/made. We're treating your items with love and care and we'll ship it soon!
How long do orders take to ship?
Non-handmade items usually ship within 1-2 business days. Handmade items may take approximately thrree days to two weeks to ship, depending on how backed up we are with orders and the complexity of your glasses. All of our eyewear are handmade to order (for you!) and we make them as the orders come in. Shipping time may take an additional 2-5 days for domestic orders. For foreign orders, shipping time can be anywhere from 1-4 weeks. Don't worry, when your order ships, we will send an email with a tracking number!
For preordered hand made items, this processing time is in addition to the release date. Orders will be processed in the order that it was recieved and we will work around the clock to process everyone's order in a timely fashion.
How do I track my order?
If your order was shipped via USPS, copy and paste the tracking number we supplied into the search bar located on the USPS website. If you had selected UPS as your shipping option, you can copy and paste the tracking number supplied in our email on the UPS website.
I'm not sure if my order went through, what do I do? How do I check? What do I do if my order didn't go through?
When you place an order, the page should refresh to show an order confirmation message. In addition, you will get sent an email within a few minutes that your order was placed (check your spam folder if you don't see an email!). You can also log into your Divalicious account (another reason you should make an account!) and check your order(s). The new order should show up if it was placed correctly. If your order did not go through, you should try again or contact us and we can help you place your order.
What is your return policy?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction but if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item for store credit. We state a 7 day return policy from the date you receive the item. Items must be new, clean, and in its original condition with its original packaging. If the items show signs of use, tampering, etc, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restock fee or ship it back. Returns/refunds will be given as store credit. To avoid confusion, we do not do exchanges. Please go to Shipping and Returns for full details on our return policy.
Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable and that returns are shipped at the customer's expense! In addition, special order items are not returnable. Please understand that we handmake our glasses to order.
How do I return an item?

What should I do if I need my glasses repaired?
We here at Divalicious Jewelry take great care to secure the crystals and make our glasses bedazzled and Divalicious. However, overtime, dirt and oil can seep underneath the crystals to loosen the seal and adhesive. In addition, if you inserted prescription lens into our Divalicious frames through a 3rd party provider (please read below before doing so!), the heat and pressure may loosen the crystals. To avoid crystal damage during lens insertion, consider having us service your prescription glasses!
If crystals do fall off, you can purchase a do it yourself repair kit. It is $10 for each frame and will cover processing and shipping. The kits are listed here. The repair kit comes with tools and directions on how to repair your glasses. If it has been less than six months since you received your glasses and your glasses need some sort of repair, you can also send them in to us. Repairs are $10 for each frame and covers processing and shipping back to you. If you choose this option, once you complete the order, you will get instructions on how and where to send your glasses. When making the order, if you do not see your crystal color or frame style in the option list, please indicate the name and color of the crystals and glasses upon checkout in the comment section. If you have inserted prescription glasses we highly recommend you send them in for repair. We will inspect, repair, and reseal the crystals. In addition, if you have multiple past orders, include the the order number for the glasses you want repaired in the comment section! Please note that repairs can take anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks and that we will not repair glasses due to unusually extreme wear and tear or visible signs of misuse.
General Care for Divalicious Eyewear / What is the best way to handle my glasses?
Our glasses can generally withstand extreme temperature changes, drops, and bumps. However, oil and dirt can loosen the adhesive over time. Please make sure to keep the frames as clean as possible and away from dirt and oil. Do not use any liquids to clean the glasses. A dry cloth is all you need to wipe them clean. If you use heavy make-up, have extremely oily hair and skin, use heavy hair products, etc... we recommend the Apex style! Please contact us to discuss the best recommendations. We We will be able to customize glasses according to your lifestyle. We also recommend buying a crystal replacement kit to have on hand for peace of mind.
Can I put prescription lens in your eye glass frames?
Yes you can! However, we recommend inserting prescription lens only in frames designated as optical frames. A list of optical glasses we offer are listed here. Optical frames are stronger (at times lighter) and better at withstanding the additional pressure of lens insertion. Please visit this Rx Information page for prices and additional information. Because most places are not familiar with our crystal frames and may damage the glasses in the process, we recommend letting us service your RX needs.
Our non-optical crystal eye glasses are generally made for fashion purposes. But those Divas who still insist on putting prescription lens in... yes it is possible. Please contact us if you decide to do this.
